Are the HD textures being used in the benchmark? We couldn't tell, but we tested them in the game and had a look the counter as well. With the textures set to ON we actually gained performance and the FPS was slightly higher. The results were surprising, at least with the GTX 1080 Ti and settings we used. We also did a performance test to see if the textures being on made a difference to the game with the more detailed surfaces. With the graphics comparison we wanted to answer the question as to whether or not the installation of the pack is really worth it, especially since the pack requires a 20gig download. You'll have to look close to see a difference, and if you're on foot or in a car you may not notice much of an improvement at all.
